Rooms from £25.50 - £50.00 per person per night including breakfast.

Room-only option low season: £22.00 per person per night.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Double, twin and family room options are available. Double and twin rooms are subject to availability for single occupancy during low season, although a supplement will be made during other periods.

BUDGET ROOMS
Budget rooms are available at reduced rates at our sister establishment The Lodge, located next door, and not in the main building. All budget rooms enjoy the benefit of a Colour TV with satellite channels, tea and coffee making facilities and a vanity wash basin. There is a public toilet and shower room a few steps down the corridor. Single, double and twin room options are available.

Room-only rates available on request.

One night reservations may not be available at weekends and no discount is available on one night reservations.

Single person reservations particularly in mid & high season should enquire direct about availability.

Special offers are subject to limited availability.

Regrettably no allowance can be made for temporary absence, meals not taken, late arrival or early departure.

Dog supplement: £1.00 daily - 95p 3 to 6 nights - £6.13 weekly

Pets: Permitted at the discretion of management.

All Rates are VAT inclusive at 17.5% and are Per Person - any subsequent change will be reflected in the final account.

Bedrooms: Rooms are to be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. Every effort is taken to have accommodation ready for guests on arrival, but normally this is available from 2.00pm onwards on day of arrival.

CANCELLATION: Unavoidable circumstances may prevent you from taking your holiday as planned or make it necessary to curtail it. The Hotel uses the Bournemouth Tourist Board Cancellation policy please contact us for details. In order to avoid such loss through unexpected illness, guests are advised to take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance. In the event of a cancellation for any reason, the Hotel reserves the right to retain the deposit paid.
